The firm also handles RCRA hazardous waste issues, Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reporting, and Clean Water Act matters.
Trade association clients of the firm include the Asphalt Roofing and Manufacturers Association, the Cement Kiln Recycling Coalition, the Portland Cement Association, and the Rubber Manufacturers Association. Representative corporate clients include several of the largest multinational cement and tire manufacturers, a coalition of electric utilities, a group of the nation's largest trucking companies, chemical manufacturers of various sizes, one of the largest multinational forest products companies, an aerospace company, an environmental consulting firm, Deere & Company, Johns Manville Corporation, and Southwest Airlines. The firm also drafted a model rule for state and local air quality regulators; this rule was a finalist for the Innovations in American Government Award given by the Harvard Institute on Government Innovation.
